Customer Service Reps

Labriola Baking Co. is Chicagoland's premier artisan baking company servicing many of the area’s top restaurants and grocery stores. The bakery in Alsip is also the main distribution center for our products. The company seeks Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We are a fast-paced environment, working 7 days a week. Positions (Alsip, IL) Customer Service Representative/Order Taker Job Responsibilities
 Contact with our customers, production staff, drivers and sales team
 Oral and written communication -- Bilingual, Spanish/English, a plus
 Highly organized and able to multi-task
Take incoming orders from our customers, enter into computer system, resolve complaints, fill last minute orders Requirements
 Able to work weekends and some holidays
 Part time and full time positions are available
 We can be flexible with scheduling for parents, students, etc
 Computer skills: Microsoft and email
 Excellent phone skills is a must
