Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:
- High School diploma
- 5+ years administrative experience,
- or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge of procedures for managing and handling sensitive documents and records.
- Past experience supporting one or more high level executives highly desired.
- Experience with direct interactions and support of C-level executives, both internal and external to the company.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with diplomacy at all times.
- Experience dealing directly with external clients, as well as company employees.
- Should have experience with planning offsite events for large groups include site selection and contract negotiations.
- Experience dealing in an environment that combines an entrepreneurial mindset and the need to respect the processes required by a large corporation.

Our Executive Team is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of the organization and its policies and practices.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate travel plans.
- Submit expense reports.
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes.
- Screen, handle or distribute incoming phone calls and complaints.
- Maintain confidential correspondence and general files.
- Compile information for reports, documents and proposals.
- Collate and assemble materials, make arrangements for meetings/presentations.
- Coordinate the flow of information requests and fulfillment amongst AIM and parent company executives.
- Plan on-site and offsite events for executive groups, comprised of internal, parent company and external executives, including site selection and negotiation.
- Writes and routes confidential correspondence.
- Order supplies.
- Prepare and tracks budgets.
- Organize organization chart up-dates.
- Utilize various software packages such as spreadsheet, word processing, data base and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations and documents.
- Research, verifiy and prepare reports.
- Create and maintain databases.

- Prospective clinical review of outpatient advanced imaging procedures such as CT, MRI, Nuclear Cardiology and PET Scans
- Clinical review for cardiology and specialty pharmacology products and services.
- Outpatient diagnostic imaging provider network analysis and transparency
- Claim adjudication and provider payment services
