Working in an inbound call center, th & Ridgeland) our CSRs provide customer support and messaging by phone. We are true customer care professionals as we provide call center service for other businesses. We are a mid-sized call center, actively involved with our customers, their callers and each other. Our Senior CSRs mentor our newest staff members, working as a team. We are a professional and friendly group. We work in a mostly paperless office, so all work is done on computers. Complete training is provided. Qualifications 
 To be successful, you must have a clear speaking voice, be able to type 35 wpm, be a good speller and have a history of good attendance in previous employment Previous customer service experience is required Other Information 
 Our pay per hour ranges from $9.50 to $13.75
 Many of our CSRs have opportunities for additional pay and bonuses We require both our full time and part time staff members to be available to work 1 shift per weekend Application Instructions 
 You will complete an application and take some quick tests
