Technical Customer Service Representative

Ajilon Professional Staffing is a global staffing firm that specializes in placing administrative, management, human resources, and customer service professionals.  We place on a temporary, temporary to hire, and permanent basis.

Technical Customer Service Representative
A fast growing organization in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative!
This organization offers a team-oriented environment, thorough training, and possible advancement opportunities!

Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service while working in an inbound call center environment
-Assist callers with questions regarding website use, online training, and steps to complete training
-Troubleshoot any technical issues regarding online training site
-Escalate any major issues to management's attention
-Record detailed notes within internal database
-Follow up with callers who had issues that were not resolved during initial call

Requirements:
-2-5 years of inbound call center experience handling technical issues
-Must have supported a software/technology product over the phone
-Degree preferred
-Must be comfortable answering technical questions and providing helpdesk support
