PUBLIC Chicago, a new Ian Schrager Hotel, is seeking confident, friendly and passionate people to launch a new hotel brand with world renowned Chef and 2011 James Beard Award winner, Jean Georges Vongerichten, in Chicago's historic Ambassador East Hotel and Pump Room located in the famed Gold Coast neighborhood.

PUBLIC Chicago will be a new genre of hotel that is not pigeonholed into a specific and traditional business classification. It will in fact be inclusive rather than exclusive and available for EVERYONE.

The Ideal Candidate (Preferred, Not Required)

·        Possess strong service skills within an upscale restaurant or hotel environment

·        Managers must have 3 years restaurant, hotel or retail experience in a supervisory capacity

·        Passion for hospitality

·        Previous opening experience a plus
