Perform general accounting/bookkeeping processes for billings, expense reports, donations, check requests, and other applicable financial transactions. Successful candidate will be able to: perform detailed data entry in QuickBooks and CRM database; assist A/P and A/R management; draft/distribute correspondence and track responses related to meeting and event planning and fundraising solicitations; maintain general files; assist with special events; and potentially manage and write grants. Experience with fundraising, political and/or marketing campaigns and/or grant administration is highly desirable. College degree and experience with MS Office Suite required. Excellent customer service skills are also required, in addition to demonstrated experience working with individuals representing a variety of individuals and interest groups, both internally and externally.
