DAVACO Retail Services is looking for Product Merchandisers. Full Time Crew Leads and Regionally Based Part Time Project Staffing needed. DAVACO Retail Services is recruiting to staff a merchandising reset that will be taking place in Calumet City, IL. The reset starts, Tuesday, 5/31/11, and will run for 8 consecutive days. Merchandisers are needed night hours: 9:00PM - 6:30AM, and day hours: 7:00AM – 5:00PM. Required Experience: Our ideal Regionally Based/Employed Per Project Merchandiser candidates must:
 Have the ability to read and understand Plan-o-gram’s
 Have the ability to read and understand floor maps
 Have a minimum 1 year of merchandising experience in drug store, grocery or hardware resets Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
 Be able to be on their feet for 8 to 10 hours at a time
 Be able to work on a team
 Must have active e-mail address
 Must have basic knowledge of store fixtures
 Have transportation to get to all locations
 Have the ability to do some overnight travel (only required in some markets)
Our ideal full time Crew Leader candidates must:
 Have the same abilities as a merchandiser
 Be able to set up a simple ―ime and Action Plan‖
 Have had experience running crews of six or more people
 Be goal oriented
 Be able to problem solve
 Be technology knowledgeable
