DAVACO Retail Services is looking for Product Merchandisers. Full Time Crew Leads and Regionally Based Part Time Project Staffing needed. DAVACO Retail Services is recruiting to staff a merchandising reset that will be taking place in Calumet City, IL. The reset starts, Tuesday, 5/31/11, and will run for 8 consecutive days. Merchandisers are needed night hours: 9:00PM - 6:30AM, and day hours: 7:00AM – 5:00PM. Required Experience: Our ideal Regionally Based/Employed Per Project Merchandiser candidates must:
Have the ability to read and understand Plan-o-gram’s
Have the ability to read and understand floor maps
Have a minimum 1 year of merchandising experience in drug store, grocery or hardware resets Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
Be able to be on their feet for 8 to 10 hours at a time
Be able to work on a team
Must have active e-mail address
Must have basic knowledge of store fixtures
Have transportation to get to all locations
Have the ability to do some overnight travel (only required in some markets)
Our ideal full time Crew Leader candidates must:
Have the same abilities as a merchandiser
Be able to set up a simple ―ime and Action Plan‖
Have had experience running crews of six or more people
Be goal oriented
Be able to problem solve
Be technology knowledgeable
